The BBC has a wonderful facility where you can listen again to speech radio programmes they have broadcast during the last week.
Radio 4 is wonderful, although not as good as it used to be.
They don’t think we are capable of listening to 1 ½ hour plays any more unless they are on a bank holiday!!!
Radio 7 is a digital only service that has some great old drama and comedy, as well as some kid’s things.
I have connected a tape deck to the computer so that I can record programmes to listen to with Adrienne downstairs in comfort.
