The End of an Era

I took Adrienne up to London today.
First to "The" half price theatre booth at the bottom of Leicester Square. (Not the shops that pretend to be the official one. BEWARE of being ripped off)

Over to Tate Modern for her to see The Weather Project, lunch at the Rembrandt Hotel opposite the V&A, into the V&A for the Brilliant exhibition and other galleries.
Over to China Town for Dinner and on to the Theatre, a play called Dinner.
A walk along the Thames to Blackfriars Station and the train home.

I was not allowed to take my camera bag and the E20 so I had to make do with my little compact film camera.
I am going to replace it with a Canon A80 (as soon as my beloved allows) so I have a digital camera that I can carry on my belt for such occasions.

Olympus E-20N
1/2s f/11.0 at 19.0mm iso80 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Ohh you'll like the A80! I bought it for my husband and he's been very pleased with it! This is a nice set up for film ;)

I have one of these . .the little in-your-pocket-easy-to-grab-point&shoot Oly stylus. It has been a fav of mine for several years. I still fall back on it occasionally when my digitals go on strike. . . or one of my kids needs to "borrow" one

I got a couple of these around (and a bunch of those canisters in the fridge). Regular museum pieces now.

Hmm...sorta looks like a camera in the middle, but what's that green cylinder on the left? Nice nostalgia shot, Chris.
