Having just seen David Ingram's -(Globalgadabout) latest post about the traffic and construction http://www.pbase.com/image/163371505

I thought of this image - I played around with it last year after being delayed and detoured by the profusion of construction and road signs a few too many times!

I think the inclusion of the mannequin body parts is the most fascinating to me, construction or not. Love this! So glad you decided to finally post it.
