According to the legend Maria la Gorda (Maria the fat) was a prostitute at the time of pirates. She was "practicing" her profession in the South-West coast of Cuba. Nowadays the very same place is well known as one of the best places for diving. Wonderful caves, white sand, terrific colour contrast... I've been there three times. This picture is the product of the heavy elaboration of the original photo whose quality, after scanning, was so low that I've been forced to remake it as it is now. I apologize with all of you who consider themselves as photography purists. I realize it's not a "pure photo" I hope you like it anyway, even if it's the strong distorsion of a beautiful picture. Bye.
