Another bug I have never seen before.
There are many Assassin bugs they wait patiently for their pray then strike, poison and kill.
They have a very mean bite even on humans causing swelling and pain.
These recent six insect pictures were all shot in less than two hours.
The director at Silver Lake Nature Center says "September and October are bug months".
