This is a shot looking down State St. from the capital. State St. is primarily a pedestrian mall that connects the UW Madison campus at one end with the state capital at the other. Only buses and taxis may use this street. Tonight, an ambulance with lights flashing came to a quick stop for some unknown reason. This picture attempts to capture the livelyness as well as the quiet of this street. I liked the affect that the palette filter had on the shot.
