This is the other end of the capitalist spectrum from the guy in my last post. This guy seems to me to look like one street-wise NYC entrepreneur. I assume his wad of cash broadcasts that he is open for business. No place to plug-in the neon OPEN sign when you are conducting business on the sidewalk.
