This is one of those photos where I wasn't sure what to keep and what to crop. In the end, I eliminated a bunch of the ice at the bottom of the photo that did little to bring the eye to the capital or the birds. I also cropped some of the buildings on the left and right edges of the photo. In the end, the birds in the foreground make an otherwise ordinary cityscape a bit more interesting.
