First Cook In New Smoker Shed
This is my first cook in the Suncast 3000 modified to be a smoker shed. The smoker is a Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5".

Minion Method
Chimney Starter with charcoal and starter cubes.

20 Minutes after starting.
Hot coals added to bottomless paint can.
Paint can removed.

Now we're Cooking.
Closing the shed.
Closed with roof open.
Top View
Two hours in at 250 Degrees
Bottom Rack after two hours.
Take off and inside to wrap in foil.
Wrapping
Wrapped.
In the oven at 250 Degrees for two hours.
Remove from the oven and wrap in a towel.
Toweled.
Just before I was ready to eat I added some BBQ sauce and set the oven to broil. I could have put the ribs on my gas grill.
