First Cook In New Smoker Shed

This is my first cook in the Suncast 3000 modified to be a smoker shed. The smoker is a Weber Smokey Mountain 18.5".

Just before I was ready to eat I added some BBQ sauce and set the oven to broil. I could have put the ribs on my gas grill.
