..decided to take a quick shot right before sunrise. Newly discovered Nova V1280, next to arrow in enlarged insert image, forms the top of a small kite with adjacent stars. Now fainter than mag 5, a few days ago it was a naked-eye object. Got to catch 'em when you can:)
