Located between Meaford and Owen Sound Ontario, Walters Falls is another of the many waterfalls along the Niagara Escarpment. A working mill used to be located here and there is now the nicely appointed "Falls Inn". The overlook provides a unique view of the falls from the top looking down, but you can get down into the gorge with some effort. Doing so in the winter may not be advisable due to snow and slippery slopes. The source of the falls is Walters Creek. The falls has a height of about 50 feet. Walters Falls is located directly on the Bruce Trail. After visiting this waterfall, the other falls in the area are all within about a 30 minute drive from here.
