He's definately hiding from something. My first thought was...predator. But now that you pointed out the police car, I'm thinking more of the regulat type criminal, lol. Great shot, Stan.

Dehl, I don't know what the technical data was. It was obviously high ISO ... maybe 1600 or 3200. Looks like about 60-70mm on a full frame camera.

Notice the police car moving out from the other side of the builidng. That's what adds the nice tension to this photo, IMHO.
