A colleage and I went backpacking in Desoloation Wilderness in the High Siearras. The pictures were in late June and as you see there was plenty of snow. We climbed Mt Tallac which overlooks Lake Tahoe (this is the mountain pictures from accross the lake). I also spent a night car camping at Boca Springs, which is north of I-80 and just east of Truckee, CA.
