Ricketts Glen is part of the Pennsylvania State Parks system. The Glens Natural Area where the 21 waterfalls are located is a registered National Natural Landmark since October 12, 1967. It is the main scenic attraction of the park. I hope that as this gallery grows you will get a sense of the beauty of this part of Pennsylvania and the Glen in particular.

This gallery will also contain some experimental HDR (High Dynamic Range) images to determine the capabilites of this type of treatment for digital imaging in the natural environment.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION: The order of the images in this gallery is the order in which you will see these falls and rapids as you ascend the Falls Trail. Adams Falls which is on the Evergreen Trail at the base Falls Trail will be the first fall seen simply because it needs a home.
