Ate lunch today at Buca di Beppo, an Italian restaurant with numerous photographs, posters, paintings, sculptures, signs, and miscellaneous on the ceilings, counters, and walls. I was quite amused by this sculpture that they had painted a thong and garter on.
And according to Chase Jarvis, the best camera is the one that's with you. I'm trying to take this to heart, even though it's easy to get caught up in all the latest gear and photography equipment. But since I didn't have my main gear with me, I took this photo with the camera in my phone. I tweaked the EV, white balance, and metering manually before snapping the shot. I was pleased enough with the results to go ahead and post it.
