NEW!!!!! BVFC responds to down live wire on Hardenberg Lane

On July 28, 2012 at approximately 14:35hrs.the Brookview Volunteer Fire Company responded to the report of a transformer explosion on Hardenberg Lane and Beaverdam Avenue. Upon arrival a live wire and leaking transformer was discovered in front of 164 Hardenberg Lane. East Brunswick Police and the Brookview Fire Company and their Fire Police blocked the road until PSE&G secured the power line.
