EAST BRUNSWICK- A dump truck jack-knifed and its trailer overturned Saturday, February 23, 2008 around 9:30am blocking 2 lanes of Route 18 southbound near Racetrack Road. No injuries were reported. East Brunswick Independent Fire Company was called to the scene.
