I was walking through woods with no trail, when she and her two offspring came into view.
Stopping, I waited as they slowly drew near; it was obvious they knew I was there.
Soon all three were within arm's reach foraging, unconcerned by my presence.
I photographed them for about 30 minutes, often they were too close.
Finally, I said goodbye and went on my way.
It was quite an experience.
