A very strange looking fish that stayed on the surface and was very active.

it could be some sort of cave fish that has further evolved, or possibly an evolved catfish

Anableps Anableps is the scientifc name .. most commonly caled the " 4 eyed " fish .. They've got a split retina making them able to see both above and below the water's surface .. pretty cool eh' ;)
