This fly was very friendly... first landing on my shirt and then it hopped onto my finger and posed.

Canon EOS 350D ,Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX DG Macro
1/200s f/14.0 at 105.0mm iso100 with Flash full exif

I don't believe it either...how in the world did you get such an incredible shot with one hand, the focus is spot on...WOW!!!

I dont believe this - you are now training flies to come onto your finger to take photos lol. Next time, you must ask it to blow bubbles for you. Thats a fabulous shot Sayer, especially being able to get this so sharp one handed
