This year the Walla Walla Balloon Stampede was held in Howard Tietan Park for the first time in many years. On Saturday my friend Jerry Cummins arranged for me to ride along with Tim Gale in his new balloon. Tim and his wife Shari reside in St. Helens, Oregon and are regulars at the Walla Walla event. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Tim and Shari for there generosity and hospitality. It was a great ride.
