Every year for about 120 years the small town of Maxwell, Iowa has an old settlers reunion. This year was no exception. The 807 residents put on a show that draws something like 10,000 people from nearby and some from far away. These are shots of part of the parade and of the carnival which are just a couple of the activities of the two-day fair. There is also a rodeo, ballgame, and kiddie races whenever their parents can drag them away from the carnival rides. There's even free entertainment, one of which is the Des Moines Pipers.
