I really like my E-330 but it lacks the Image Stabilization of the later Olys. So, at least for one range of focal lengths I've corrected that lack by using the Panasonic (Leica) 14-50mm f/2.8-3.5 which has Optical Image Stabilization. The first shot I made was just a sky shot - I do a lot of those. It looks a bit harsh using my standard Zuiko 14-42 settings on the camera which are S1, C1, Sat1, Non. With this lens I now use S-1, C-1, Sat0, Noff. All the rest of the shots were made with that setting. The only exception to that is the combined door shots to test the OIS. This is one terrific lens.
