Well, it's scarecrow time again. This time it's at Wray, a village in Lancashire between Lancaster and Kirby Lonsdale. Lots of scarecrows, some very nice tableaux and ideas, scattered around the village and even up onto the fells, almost two miles outside the village itself. It will take me a little while to get all the shots sorted and uploaded, in the meantime, if you want to see more scarecrows, check out my Kettlewell scarecrow festival gallery, shot last year.
Wray scarecrow festival is on all this week and over the bank holiday weekend, if you want to do some scarecrow hunting yourself, with other events on during the week. The grand finale is on monday May 2nd, with the Wray village fair itself. For more information on events, just Google for 'Wray scarecrow festival'.
