PICKETS IN THE SAND

AINSDALE BEACH

A busy day today, but I managed to get down onto Ainsdale Beach briefly at lunchtime. The dunes have several of these picket fences in them, many of which now only have the top couple of inches showing.

Comments are always welcome and appreciated. Thanks.

I like the matching lean on the grass and fence.

Love the houses in the background ... adds a spark of interest to your image.

Perhaps Ian has an idea here; maybe give us a view with the houses cropped out? Great shot just the same!

Such a superb composition with the fence leading the eye over the sand to the row of houses. Lovely!

Fantastic composition & colors here.

I like how you've composed this with the fence running across the image. Looking at the grass I would say it was windy there, but then it's always windy in the sand dunes!

I like the fence, sand and dunes but wonder what it would like like without the houses?
