Kettlewell's annual scarecrow festival started today, there are some 200 scarecrows around the village, engaging in a wide range of activities. I have started uploading a gallery of my favourite ones and will continue during the week, as I get them sorted out.

The festival is on all this week, ending on sunday, so anybody wishing to go and hunt the scarecrows out (some can be hard to spot!) has plenty of time yet.
