This is a slightly overexposed RAW file from a dpreview friend. I used the RAW file to make two separate conversions in ACR ~ the first for a normal conversion and the second bringing up the highlights. The first image was copied on top of the second, upon which a layer mask was used to paint the areas that are too dark. The result is an image of higher dynamic range than could have been obtained otherwise. My thanks to forum member MMiikkee for the use of this image for this purpose. All the best ~ jim
