After the Snow... Before the Frost

June Lake, California

One of just a few shots I managed of Autumn colors against beautiful fresh snow, before MY CAR BROKE DOWN on the June Lake loop.
While waiting for a tow the next morning, the overnight temperature dropped to 2 degrees, and it all vanished like waking up from a dream.

Your misfortunes during your trip will fade away also in your negative memories, when you look at our photos in more relaxing conditions. Definitely this golden line of vegetation against the snowy background is a wonderful image.
