Mileage with my Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid Touring (2015) over the first 33K miles.
This graph excludes any fillups where I drove less than 150 miles even though those fillups generally fell within the ranges specified here.

One outlier was removed (42mpg) from a day where I drove 220 miles at slow speeds with no traffic around me while birding/herping in far West Texas.

Mileages below 28mpg represent trips where I drove 80mph or higher (in legal posted areas). The mileage drops off noticeably at these speeds as it does with all cars.

Speed affects mileage as follows (under cruise control in relative flat terrain on the interstate):
at 65 mph for 50 miles I averaged 37.6 mpg
at 70 mph for 50 miles I averaged 32.5 mpg
at 75 mph for 40 miles I averaged 27.7 mpg (it was stable enough to assume it would be the same for 50 miles)

This is calculated from actual gasoline put in and miles driven rather than the trip computer in the car. That trip computer overestimates the mileage by an average of 2 mpg.
