An amusing aside. My youngest kid was appointed the Head Girl of the Sultan's School in Oman 54 years later. Above is her badge. NB Appointed by the Principal, not Elected by her classmates as in our democratic process more than a half century earlier in Zanzibar. Still, she also ended up graduating at the top of her school IB program, so she has her name twice forever up on the school notice boards, as both Head Girl and top IB scorer for the year. Good girl! Now SIT!
