"Equipment In Action" Series

I was at the 55 Bar to photograph Jazz Legend Mike Stern
on commissioned work. These are not the photos being used.

I used only one camera, and two lenses: The Canon EOS 5D, the Tamron 28-75mm,
and the EF 85mm f1.2L The EOS 5D is the only camera I feel comfortable using handheld
in this cramped, very low-light environment where flash is prohibited or discouraged,
and believe me, the lighting was much more difficult than it might look here.
No noise removing programs were used.
