I had a little face to face chat with the Secretary of Energy
of the Philippines, the honorable Raphael Lotilla. Charming,
brilliant man. I make no secret about the fact that I am an everyday,
working class, "real world," pencil-pushing peon...but I did tell you I
had connections, didn't I? :-)
