The Bronx gets a bad rap. It goes back to the 70s when crime was rampant and
apartments were burning down.

This is a new day. Ok, yeah, maybe crime is still rampant and apartments are still
burning down (nah it's much better these days), but hey, who says the Sun never
shines on the Bronx? :-)
