After the body work there were a few other things that needed to be taken care of.. The car was making enough power now to trap in the 150mph range so it was time to get some safety equipment. Brad at Childes performance helped me out with the 10 point cage and the chute mount.. After a long battle with the R154 which was a very good transmission but wasent up to the task of taking the car where i wanted it to go I bit the bullet and got a jdm V161 6speed.. My fuel system was also maxed out at that power level so i got Greg at www.go-autoworks.com to hook me up with a serious fuel system.. -10 lines feed and return with an Aeromotive FPR 2 Bosch Motorsports 044 fuel pumps and my own designed custom surge tank... I have recently upgraded? or downgraded to a new PTE6765 billet turbo from my heavy duty Borg Warner S374 unit.. The borg was a great turbo and made huge power easy but was not much fun on the street or road course..
