Halloween 2008 started with the Critical Mass Halloween Bike Ride then we ended up on N Halsted St for a house and street party. I was to busy riding my bike in a sea of thousands of other bikers to shoot photos. Again, I found myself to involved with the wild action of the street party to take photos. The creative level of costume design in the gay community on N Halsted St is surpassed by no other scene this time of the year. It was also a rare exceptional year because October 31 fell on a beautiful mild Friday.
