These photos were taken during our holiday on mountain Jahorina. Jahorina is situated in Bosnia and Herzegovina, some 30km distance to capital Sarajevo. Since I originally come from Bosnia, I have spent my childhood winter holidays there, until the war in 1992 has started. This is the first time since war has ended that I was there and I was really happy. It was great to refresh the memories and to spend some time with my parents (since I see them on average 5 times a year). Some of you may be familiar with Jahorina since the XIV Olympic Winter Games in 1984 took place there.


Skiing is my first love and photography my second (this all of course not counting my husband :)), so I have tried to somehow find a balance and do both. This is why most of the photos were shot from a ski lift or while waiting in a queue.
