Carved tableside, this rustic Italian dish is simply wonderful. Some diners in the next table gave us stares when the waiter and maitre d' hoisted out the stuffedd pig trotter. It was an amazing sight.
We also had stuffed trotter done in the cold appertizer Cantonese style last week over shredded jellyfish so this huge thing coming out of the simmering broth did not make us blink.
