NYAC anglers and friends and families enjoyed another special outing to Block Island joining the Block Island Volunteer Fire Department Annual Fishing Tournament. Great fishing, fantastic lobster bake with a live band, and great camaraderie...who could ask for more? We had sunny days and John LaSalle won the striped bass award, Frank Sullivan with the bluefish win, and Vincent Bruzzese with the fluke win! Congratulations to these anglers!
••Block Island is 12 miles off the Rhode Island coast and we get there by taking a ferry.
