County Road 1310 near Denison Dam, Denison, Texas, on the 7th day of Lake Texoma topping the spillway for the third time in 60 years. At the time of this photograph Lake Texoma's level was 8" over the spillway. This road runs between the lake (when it is at normal levels) and the spillway, connecting the dam to Eisenhower Marina.
