Originally built in 1910 by one of the founding families of Souris, Manitoba, this museum is one of Canada’s Top 64 Heritage Properties. Hillcrest’s collection includes a comprehensive collection of photographs and text capturing local history, artifacts and information on military history, a collection of over 5,000 mounted butterflies from around the world, as well as other treasures from the past century and beyond.
