Vodafone acquire Flexphone on 29th May 2007, Russ Geth and Ron are the main sellers, and after 13 years Geth and Ron leave the last part of the group of companies they founded having also sold Isis Telecommunications Management Ltd to Vodafone in Nov 2006.
