In the style of Sydney street photographers in the 1940s and 1950s operating out of Leica Studio in George Street. They gave you a card with the roll and frame number(s) to order a print. Anyone with a smile or a friend was a good prospect. Usually a 35mm focal length lens on a 35mm film camera. Occasionally flash in sunny or dim light but usually not. An upmarket shop front was the typical backdrop or anywhere the background was less busy with other people.
