Not a refurbished aircraft but newly built from the original plans in Romania. This aircraft attains 10,000 ft in just over 2 minutes. Outrageously fast for a prop aircraft.
built in Romania in 2005, and powered by a Pratt and Whitney R-2000 radial engine putting out approx 1750 hp. It was registered N46463 in California in 2005, and was used in the Reno Air Races with the name ‘Steadfast’.

Now registered in Australia as VH-YOV. Nice to see this in Australia.
