Lake George has no outflow but dries up during drought periods.

Many urban myths abound, such as holes suddenly opening up & draining the water very quickly. Doubtful, but you never know, it may be true.

This image was taken late afternoon after a 39C day and thunder echoing off the hillside behind me. A few close ones too!

It was also the very last image I took using my Canon 10-22mm lens. The new owner is quite pleased with this lens
