Most photographers would be content to photograph this wet street, with its haunting light and color reflections, and call it an evening. But you bring this atmospheric scene to life by shooting phantoms at 1/6th of a second here -- a man is caught in mid-stride, and a ghostly cyclist becomes nothing but a beige blur in the foreground.
