Sorry "Guest", but my employer does not have an issue with this image, nor any other on this site. As for promotion and pay increases..., well promotion doesn't really come into it, I'm that far down in the pecking order as it is. Pay increases are negotiated at a national level and all other increments are already part of my contract.
(maybe you know better, mail me and spill the beans)
