In Canada's Lotus Land on the west coast, the lower mainland of B.C. where the weather is supposedly mild we occasionally do get snow and cold weather. On Jan 10 2007 we had a foot of snow and it had been below freezing for several days when I went to Bear Creek Park in Surrey and took these pictures.
