Gross yes but what an amazingly powerful image. There is so much of an untold story here and that is exactly what attracted me to view this. Why is the puke or what we assume to be puke on the left of the frame? Did this man get up and move? What did he have to eat? So many questions and such an amazing capture. Thanks for sharing.
