I'm trying out using two off camera flashes (no umbrellas) using a wireless remote. This is new territory for me.

Canon EOS 40D ,Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM

Creative tool Robin - I want to get another flash and experiment with this as well. Maybe a diffuser on the flash head to eliminate the harder shadows?

Very cool Robin! Which remote are you using? I use the Pocket WIzard Plus II. I would never use a cord again.

Thats what I do for all my orchid shots. I hold a thin sheet of white satin between the brightest one and the plant and it works just like a light box. Nice work! -BJ
