Hey gang no history lessons today. I’ve spent the past two days in a seminar conducted by David Nielson who is protégé of mine from years ago. He has been teaching business people how to accelerate implementation of strategic change. He did a pretty darn good job, if I don’t say so myself. ;-) Here he is a discussing various techniques for reenforcing behavior.
